FAQ & Support
For Collaborative Professionals
While practice management softwares are great for sales, billing, and the other essential functions of your firm, Collaborate Florida has a different role, which is to organize and streamline the very unique flow of collaborative cases. Unlike traditional legal practice management apps, our system gives the entire team (including your clients) access, making the collaborative process transparent and providing a secure, encrypted space for all case communications, documents, and scheduling. In other words, you might need a practice management software to run the business of your firm, but if you’re an attorney practicing collaborative law, you also need the Collaborate Florida system to run your cases. Find a full feature list here.
Each professional on a case needs a license to use the software. We invite you to try us for a free month. Click here for more details.

Only a professional on your case (usually one of the attorneys) who has Collaborate Florida administrative rights can move a document for you. Please contact them for support.
Your account will lock after three unsuccessful username/password tries for your security, but will reset in 20 minutes. A user on your case with administrative rights can also send you a link to reset your password.

For Clients
The Collaborate Florida system will reduce the anxiety and stress of your case by:
- Housing all documents related to your case in secure cloud storage, rather than in paper folders scattered in different locations;
- Keeping track of all events so that you and the rest of the team are moving together toward the case’s conclusion;
- Providing an encrypted space for all written communications with your attorney and the rest of the collaborative team;
- Making your interactions with the other party transparent and documented by Collaborate Florida.
